Refléter la France réelle
des cardiologues.

La cardiologie française est portée par une diversité d'origines remarquable — européenne, maghrébine, ouest-africaine, antillaise, asiatique, moyen-orientale. Vos visuels actuels (P1-P5) sont majoritairement européens. Voici comment rééquilibrer la banque visuelle sans tomber dans le tokenisme.

01 · PRINCIPE

Pourquoi ce rééquilibrage

Les cardiologues qui visitent le site doivent s'y reconnaître. Ce n'est pas une question politique — c'est une question de représentativité fidèle de la profession en France.

Approche éditoriale

Pas de tokenisme. Chaque persona reste défini par sa pratique d'exercice (libéral, hospitalier, sport…), pas par son origine. La diversité s'ajoute en arrière-plan, pas comme attribut principal.

Pas de stéréotypes. Pas de cardiologue maghrébine systématiquement en pédiatrie, ou de cardiologue antillais systématiquement aux Antilles. Mélanger origines et pratiques librement.

Cohérence cabinet. Si un cardiologue est représenté plusieurs fois (portrait + scène clinique), garder la cohérence d'apparence via --cref Midjourney.

Règle pratique : sur les 6 personas + cas patients, viser 3 à 4 visages d'origines diverses (maghrébine, antillaise, asiatique, sub-saharienne). Les autres restent européens. C'est représentatif de la profession réelle en France.

Comment réinjecter ces visuels

Plan d'action recommandé

1. Garder P1 et P3 actuels (européens · libéral établi senior + chef de service) — vos visuels sont cohérents.

2. Régénérer P2 + P4 + P5 avec les nouveaux prompts ci-dessus (maghrébine, sub-saharienne, asiatique).

3. Générer P6 antillaise (manquant dans la banque actuelle).

4. Régénérer les 4 récits patients avec les variantes pour avoir un patchwork équilibré.

Côté code : les fiches profils P2, P4, P5, P6 référencent déjà les portraits dans assets/portraits/. Une fois les nouveaux PNG uploadés (en remplaçant simplement les fichiers existants par les nouvelles versions diverses), le site se met à jour automatiquement sans toucher au code HTML.

Cohérence personnage : si un même cardiologue apparaît sur plusieurs pages (portrait + scène lifestyle), utilisez --cref [URL] avec son portrait persona comme référence. Cela garantit le même visage.
